The rotating hoop was imagined and created at the Centre National des Arts du Cirque by Fred Deb’. Attached at two points, one on each side, it turns on itself and allows for new and original movements and figures. This class is intended for those who already have an aerial practice on an apparatus such as a hoop or trapeze. It will consist of a specific warm-up on the apparatus, followed by learning some movements as individuals, and some duo or partner work, as the rotating hoop offers some interesting possibilities for both.
