Flexibility with Camille Judic

This course proposes during 1h30 to take the time to learn to stretch correctly, but also to work its flexibility of active way, dynamic but also passive stretching, to gain in its articular and muscular amplitudes. A course for all.
One day will be devoted to active flexibility, the next day to passive flexibility, to gain in amplitudes and also to have control of the legs when the body is upside down
